1. A Commitment to Quality

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the prints we will refund your money. Please send us an e-mail to fotobuilding.com (C/ Milaneses, 4. 28013 Madrid, Spain) and return the prints you are not satisfied with either by post or by courier and we will refund your money. You may contact us at any time at (Customerservice@fotobuilding.com). All postage or courier expenses incurred by returning the prints are covered by the client.

2. How do I pay for the prints I order?

The following methods of payment are accepted:

1. By Electronic Bank Transfer (Banking Code : 2038 1904 19 6000183939 CAJA MADRID, the account holder is Foto Building, S.L. (Please include your user password as proof of purchase)
2. Payment on delivery (subject to a 3% price increase)
3. Direct delivery at our shop (C/ Milaneses, 4. 28013 Madrid)

3. Terms & Conditions:

Foto Building, S.L., owner of the website fotobuilding.com, is a company specialized in photographic laboratory services and the sale of photographic equipment, both analogic and digital.

The use of our services implies you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions as stated on our web site, these conditions may be modified by the company at short notice. Our customers are strongly recommended to read them before they make an order.

Who can order copies and photographic blow-ups? All the citizens of the European Union . This is restricted to those users that only want to post their photographs in their personal photo albums. (NOTA ESTA FRASE NO ESTA MUY CLARA EN EL ORIGINAL)

All prices are stated in Euros (€) VAT inclusive. Price does not include shipping costs. Prices are not negotiable save for typographic error.

How do I order prints and photographic blow-ups? The customer logs on to fotobuilding.com, and uploads the selected images; You can then create a personal photo album, share images (If you wish) and order online the prints or blow-ups you want.

Data Protection. In accordance with Spain´s Organic Law 5/92, the customer has the right to accesss, ammend or cancel any personal data stored within our IT database.

Foto Building, S.L. may modify or close-down its website without prior notice, modify its price list, its promotions and products and any offer or service. The company may refuse to accept a specific customer´s order.

Legal Jurisdiction and Disputes. The parties agree that all disputes arising under this agreement shall be governed by the Spanish Courts of Madrid. The parties further agree that the Courts of Madrid shall be the sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue in which any dispute arising under this agreement shall be determined. Arbitration may be used at the sole discretion of the company and is subject to its contractual Terms & Conditions.
